Terms of the 30% Deposit
Acceptable terms for customers taking out loans under the finance option:
- Interest only loans MUST be over a minimum of 5 years
- Repayment & interest loans MUST be over a minimum of 10 years.
The Developer reserves the right to refuse any loan that does not meet these criteria.
If any customer cannot meet the above, then BEFORE they commit to their loan, please run the full details past Property Packaged, NO loan should be entered into UNTIL confirmation.
